Hi, I’m Shea Stevens. I provide counseling to adults living in Texas.

There are times when you need to carve out a space to slow down; to sort through your thoughts and feelings with someone who sees and supports you.

I am passionate about supporting clients who are processing their upbringing; this might include family issues— past or present— and it might also include the topic of faith transition, questioning, or religious trauma. Below I have a fuller list of common topics I work with.

Authenticity, Grief, Anxiety; Existential concerns

Faith Transition, Deconstruction, Religious Trauma

Family of Origin Issues; childhood emotional neglect; attachment wounds; narcissistic or emotionally immature parents

Highly Sensitive Person Issues or Identity

Areas of Focus:

LGBTQ+ identity or recovering from shame, criticism from others who were not affirming

Mindfulness practice, grounding, inner peace

Pregnancy, Postpartum, or Parenting Issues

Stress, Work Problems, Relationship Issues,

Women’s Issues
